We are Indonesia's most trusted online gaming platform — built from the ground up for Indonesian players who demand speed, fairness, and genuine local understanding.
ids368 was founded in 2018 by a team of gaming-industry veterans and technology specialists who shared a single conviction: Indonesian players deserved a world-class online gaming experience that truly understood their culture, their preferred payment methods, and their passion for sport. At the time, the market was saturated with generic offshore platforms that offered poor local-language support, limited Indonesian payment options, and odds that simply did not reflect the Indonesian bettor's perspective.
We started small — a focused team operating out of a shared workspace in Jakarta — but our growth was rapid. Within the first twelve months, ids368 had attracted over 200,000 registered members across Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Bandung. The reason was straightforward: we listened. We integrated BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri transfers from day one. We added OVO and GoPay e-wallet support long before most competitors. We launched Indonesian-speaking live-chat support available around the clock in WIB (Western Indonesia Time) so that players could get real help without language barriers or frustrating wait times.
Today, ids368 serves over 2.5 million active players across the Indonesian archipelago — from Aceh to Papua — making us one of the fastest-growing online gaming brands in Southeast Asia. Our platform covers the full spectrum of gaming entertainment: live sports betting on BRI Liga 1, the EPL, La Liga, and major international tournaments including the FIFA World Cup and the AFF Cup; traditional togel (Indonesia's beloved numbers-prediction lottery) across Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau markets; thousands of slot gacor (high-RTP slot games) from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and NetEnt; and a premium live casino studio powered by Evolution Gaming.
What sets ids368 apart is not merely the breadth of our games catalog — it is the depth of our local commitment. We have always believed that a platform serving Indonesian players must operate with Indonesian-level empathy: understanding that a BRI Liga 1 derby between Persija Jakarta and Persib Bandung carries as much emotional weight for our players as the EPL title race does for fans in Europe. That cultural intelligence is woven into every product decision we make, from the odds we offer on Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) matches to the timing of our promotional campaigns around Idul Fitri and Nyepi seasons.
Our mission is straightforward: deliver the most secure, fair, and entertaining online gaming experience available to Indonesian players — every single day. We pursue that mission through continuous technology investment, responsible gaming advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to paying out winnings quickly and transparently. ids368 is not just a platform; it is a community built on trust.

Every game on ids368 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Odds are published openly, and withdrawal fees are clearly stated — no hidden deductions, ever. We believe informed players are happy players.
Our infrastructure runs on enterprise-grade cloud architecture with 99.9% uptime. Deposits are credited instantly; most withdrawals complete in under five minutes. When you win, your money reaches you fast — because that is how it should work.
Gaming should be entertainment, not a financial strategy. ids368 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to every account holder. Our team is trained to identify at-risk behaviour and proactively offer support. 21+ only.
We understand Indonesia deeply — from the rivalry between Persija Jakarta and Persib Bandung to the importance of instant BCA transfers. Every feature we build is evaluated through an Indonesian lens first, ensuring our platform genuinely serves the community it was designed for.
256-bit SSL encryption protects every transaction and personal data record on ids368. Two-factor authentication, device fingerprinting, and automated fraud-detection systems operate continuously to keep your account and funds safe at all times.
Our Indonesian-speaking support team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via live chat, WhatsApp, and email. Average first-response time is under two minutes. Real people, real answers — not scripted bots deflecting your questions.

Our purpose at ids368 is to give every Indonesian player — from a first-time bettor in Yogyakarta to a seasoned casino enthusiast in Bali — access to the same quality of online gaming experience that was previously reserved for markets in Europe or Macau. Fair odds. Instant payouts. Real support. That is the ids368 promise.
